Come and join the Florida Land Rover Club for our annual Fall
Rally. This is a great event for the whole family (and your invisible friends). Even if you have
never been off-road before, we'll have trail rides to suite everyone! Osceola is a great forest to take our Land Rovers through.
Friday night, be there for our FLRC (HEEEEELlll YEEEAAA) pot luck dinner, and of course our famous
BBQ dinner Saturday evening. With Super Winch as a primere sponsor, you know there will be some great prizes at the raffle.
FLRC Members attended the National Landrover Rally in Moab Utah in September
We are currently working on the event schedule, which will include trail
rides, the pot luck dinner, new driver orientation, beginner trail rides and the Saturday night BBQ and club meeting and raffle. We will be
holding elections for all officers during dinner. All events will begin
at the Ocean Pond campground unless otherwise stated. There is a waterfront park at the camp ground that will host the club tent and the events ( it is called the "beach area" on this map ). Drive within the speed limits when approaching or leaving the camp ground as the forest service and camp ground host appreciate this. Turn left at the T junction when inside the camp (this will be when you hit the "Ocean Pond" lake, and cannot continue straight) as this side is where most of the FLRC members will be (Jeff, please turn right at this point).
The event will be fun for all Land Rovers, from stock Range Rovers to modified
Series trucks and everything in between. A beginners run is planned for Saturday morning for any newbies. Depending on the weather,
Osceola can be a wet place (car wash anyone?), but right now it is fairly dry, we'll do our best to scout
out some nice trails. Make sure to always drive within your
abilities, and never attempt to drive over or through an obstacle that you
aren't comfortable with.

Rally Registration will be Friday afternoon and Saturday morning at Ocean

Ocean Pond Campground is located on the north side of Ocean Pond, a 1760-acre natural lake. Sixty-seven campsites are available for tents, trailers, or motor homes. Many of these campsites are waterfront sites allowing guests to enjoy the water or fish right from their campsite. A beach area, boat ramp, drinking water, hot showers, and flush toilets are located in the campground. No sewer hookups are available; however, a sewage dump station is located near the campground entrance. Electrical hookups are available at 19 of the sites. Fees vary from $8.00 to $18.00 depending on campsite.
